The resources on this website are brought together to support disabled, neurodivergent and chronically ill artists in creating their own access document to outline their access and health requirements when working with organisations. The website was created by artists Leah Clements, Alice Hattrick and Lizzy Rose after a residency at Wysing Arts Centre in October 2018 and the resources are based on the artists' own experiences and research.
The website includes information on what access documents are and how they are used, access document templates and further guidelines on creating an access document that clearly communicates one's needs and boundaries.
